Delicious Chinese donuts for breakfast, good service, on-site parking, overall an enjoyable stay with no complaints at all.

We were given beautifully maintained and great-sized rooms with decent bathroom, the fan and toilet are in the same space. It exceeded all expectations. The location was unbeatable, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Market.

The staff and the host were all very very nice. The room itself was extremely spacious and huge and had an outstanding view of the mountains.

Our stay at Boondee House was great. The location was very convenient, close to the night market and the lake. We really enjoyed the clean room and the snacks provided. I would recommend this hotel.

The guesthouse is ideally situated, very close to the city centre and the temple. the location is convenient and close to everything. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and speaks good English. Breakfast is admittedly basic, with only toast available, but the complimentary coffee and tea in the room make up for it.

The shower drain was not that effective, leading to water spilling on the bathroom floor.

Previous guests have praised the reliable air conditioning, warm showers, and the cozy common area.

During my recent stay, I found the host to be extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map of the area in great detail, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings. I was thrilled with the location, as there were many fantastic dining options within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Wi-Fi signal and the comfort of the bed which made a great rest.

Some of the rooms lacked basic amenities and required updates. For example, the non-air conditioned rooms were incredibly uncomfortable, unsanitary and without any ventilation.
